Common Questions
Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?
No. Your order will be delivered in an insulated bag, packed with frozen gel packs. Unpack into your freezer as soon as possible.
When will my card be charged?
Because many items are charged by the weight, your card will be charged when your order is packed.
