• Steaks (24% - 6 Lbs) - An assortment from the following options: NY Strip, Ribeye, Baseball Cut Top Sirloin, Hanger Steak, Chuck Eye Steaks, Skirt, Flank, Sirloin Bavette, Flat Iron, Denver, Sirloin Steak Bites.
• Roasts (26% - 7 Lbs) - An assortment from the following options: Tri Tip, Picanha, Brisket, Pot Roasts, Osso Buco, Stew Beef, Ribs, etc.
• Ground Beef (50% - 12 Lbs) - In individual 1-lb packages. Please leave us a comment at checkout if you would like to upgrade some of the ground beef to Hot Dogs (+ $2/Lb), Bacon Burgers (+ $3/Lb), Artisan Sausages (+ $4/Lb). We'll do our best to accommodate!
