Whole Cow Share (~400 Lbs)

Stock your freezer with a Whole Cow Share! When you buy a Whole Cow Share from us, you are buying the entire cow, and the processing is included. 

A $500 non-refundable deposit will be charged immediately to the payment method on file, and the balance ($3,780) will be processed 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled home delivery or farm pickup. 

Your Whole Cow Share will be ready for home delivery or farm pickup 4-6 weeks after you place this order. Free home delivery is available if within ~70 miles from our farm.

A Whole Cow Share will yield about 400 lbs. of packaged beef (mostly boneless), plus organs and bones if requested. Standard cuts are:

Steaks – Filet Mignon, Boneless Ribeye, Boneless NY Strip, Top Sirloin, Sirloin Bavette, Hanger, Inside Skirt, Outside Skirt, Flank, Flat Iron, Delmonico, Petite Tender, Denver.

Roasts – TriTip, Picanha, Brisket, Short Ribs, Back Ribs, Osso Buco, Sirloin Tip, Eye of Round, Stew Beef.

Ground Beef – in 1lb packs.

For reference, our cows are typically harvested at around 1,250 lbs (live weight), and their hanging weight averages 750 lbs.
