When you buy a Whole Roasting Lamb from us, you are buying the entire lamb and the processing is included. The Whole Roasting Lamb will weight 55 – 65 lbs.
We harvest lamb every month, towards the end of the month. During checkout, you will be asked to specify your preferred “ready by date”, as well as your delivery method of choice (flexible farm pickup, pickup at one of our Saturday markets, or home delivery per our standard schedule). Full payment will be processed 5 days prior to your selected "ready by date".
As a note, due to size, this item does not come vacuum sealed.
